Updating ad schema

Issue: You need to prepare the Active Directory Domain and Schema for the installation of Exchange 2013 CU15.

Hence, the machine was/is capable of updating the schema.

The issue was that the Exchange 2010 SP1 install was done first on a different Exchange server and hence this server (the one that complains) doesn’t have the AD admin tools installed.

If issues are found here is a good starting point to troubleshoot active directory.

3) Copy the download to an easily accessible folder on one of your Domain Controllers or Exchange servers (for example C:\Exch2013CU15\download).

Thus, they can be treated much as nonvirtual columns.

You can also specify table columns for which data is encrypted before being stored in the datafile.

Schema objects do not have a one-to-one correspondence to physical files on disk that store their information.

However, Oracle Database stores a schema object logically within a tablespace of the database.

The exchange admin was confused as the SP1 installation was carried out successfully.

There is no relationship between schemas and tablespaces: a tablespace can contain objects from different schemas, and the objects for a schema can be contained in different tablespaces.
